Langford's gave me a great estimate for all the work that had to be done. Greg called around to find the best prices on parts, and let me know how I could save some money by not replacing the hood, but having them straighten it in places. When I had the work done, Steve was great about calling me and explaining a delay, and checking with me to make sure they were doing what I expected them to do. When I went to pick up the car, I had to wait a few minutes because they wanted to make sure it was cleaned and to touch up a couple places with paint to make sure it was in great condition! I had a terrific experience overall, because I believe they are dedicated to doing quality work, and keeping the price affordable.

I was t-boned in a shopping center parking lot and had damage to driver door and driver-side passenger door. Steve provided me with an estimate to give to the driver's insurance company and I selected them to do the work based on Angie's list member comments. I dropped my car off on a Monday expecting to pick it up on Friday. AFter unexpected further damage to my car door, I picked it up the following Wednesday. He kept me informed on the progress and I was told he regularly kept the insurance company in the loop also. I was nervous about the color match, but they did an awesome job and you'd never know there was any damage. I gave them a B for punctuality because I was told my car would be ready at 4:00 and I didn't leave until 5:00 because the car wasn't cleaned up when they said it would be. But I would highly recommend them.

Excellent. I got estimates from 2 firms. The other company estimated $787.00 even though the dent was under the door and barely visible. Their quote was for repairing the dent, repainting the door and the panel below the door, replacing and repainting the fender. Their reasoning for this was that the metallic finish on the paint on my car mandated this, that just repainting a small area would be very conspicuous. Langford's offered me two alternatives since the dent was small and barely visible. They offered a major repaint similar to the other firm, but at a slightly lower cost. As an alternative to a major repaint, they suggest that I could just have the area of the dent touched up at a cost of $40.00, which I chose to have done. The facility was neat and clean and the staff very professional. They scheduled the appointment right away since it was a small job. The car was ready before they promised. The work was well done. The appearance is good. When I asked if this alternative might leave the car susceptible to rusting, they told me they would put some undercoating behind the panel at that point. And, they even gave me a small bottle of touch-up paint for future dings.

They were fabulous! They were quick about servicing me and were great with working with my schedule. They did an extra touch up for no cost. They did a lot of work for the amount I paid them and they made the car look great! They were also very nice and easy to work with.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had to use Langford's. They are EXCELLENT! The friendliness and professionalism are always evident and the work is superb. I hope I never have to see them again, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands.
