Our History
Langford’s has been family owned and operated since its beginning. Owner, John Langford, started his career in the auto body repair business more than 40 years ago. He started the company, Langford's Collision Repair on July 7, 1993.
Now, with over 26 years in business, our team at Langford’s continues to build on John’s experience, attention to detail and strong reputation in the collision repair industry.

John & Linda Langford | Founders
John founded Langford’s July 7, 1993. He spent time in his father’s body shop in his pre-teen years. His body shop work experience began at age 16 as a painter’s helper. In his early twenties, he became body shop manager at a Volkswagen, Porsche, and Audi dealer. John worked at this same dealership for over 23 years before starting his own shop. John’s presence in the business is missed by customers and staff both. But his legacy continues on with his son and team!
Linda has been a big part of Langford’s since the startup in July, 1993. She became full time in June, 1996. Although she is no longer involved in the business, people still remember Linda's kindness.
Greg Langford | Owner
Greg joined the team on October 5, 1998. Since the beginning, he has been immersed in each position in the body shop including washing cars, painting, body work and estimator. Having this real world experience gives him respectable credentials. Greg continues to do estimates and oversees the repair process. You can find him digging in daily to help his team however they need. Customers appreciate the regular communication and personal care they receive from Greg. His technical knowledge, and professional customer service receives high marks from our clients every day.
Dustin Cromer | Estimator
Dustin has been in the automotive repair business since 2005. He joined the Langford team in February of 2010. Dustin is an integral part of our daily operations. His professional experience lends assurance to our customers that he understands our business and knows their concerns. Dustin's friendly and positive attitude shows that he cares, and that makes customers feel valued.
Liz Langford | Vice President
As the more recent family member to join the Langford’s team in November of 2018, Liz brings over 20 years of administrative, financial and people-oriented experiences to her role. Her goal is to ensure that systems and processes are in place to make the repair process as seamless as possible for you.
Nikki Savage | Front Office
Nikki joined the team in August of 2020. She has already become a customer favorite bringing over 15 years of automotive industry experience. Her goal is to make sure your experience is as easy and stress-free as possible under the circumstances.
Body & Paint Technicians
If experience is the best teacher, then Langford’s is truly one of the best. Our body and paint technicians have been in the auto body repair business a combined total of over 120 years. We strive to stay up to date on the latest materials and repair technologies. You can have confidence in the superior service that you will receive from the entire Langford Team.
